Seller's description

The Wittner Taktell Electronic Metronome is a vintage electronic tempo reference made in West Germany by Wittner, a manufacturer with a long history of producing metronomes and musical accessories. Designed as a practical alternative to a traditional mechanical metronome, it provides a steady electronic pulse for timing and tempo practice. Its compact design makes the Taktell Electronic Metronome suitable for musicians working on timing, rhythm and consistent tempo. The tempo can be adjusted across the unit's available range, providing a clear reference for individual practice, rehearsals and music study. Unlike Wittner's traditional pendulum-style metronomes, this model generates its timing pulse electronically and requires no mechanical winding. As a genuine Made in West Germany model, this Taktell represents an earlier period of Wittner's electronic metronome production. Its vintage construction and distinctive period design make it a practical musical tool as well as an interesting piece of German music-equipment history.
