1. Find & enquire

Send an enquiry from your account, including the instrument, your requirements, email and phone. An enquiry is free and does not place an order.

2. Your individual quote

We assess availability, condition, transport and work. Your private quote specifies the instrument, gross prices, scope, delivery costs, timing and any exclusions.

3. Accept & pay

Review your quote and delivery details, then place an order with an obligation to pay. We publish your SumUp payment link after acceptance. We confirm payment after checking the transaction.

4. On its way to SVG

We purchase the instrument and track its journey to our premises. Your account shows when it is in transit and when it arrives.

5. Inspection & service

We inspect the instrument and carry out the agreed work. Additional paid work requires your agreement.

6. Ready for you

Follow dispatch and delivery in your account, including the carrier and tracking number.

Order terms

Seller: SVG Sound Research sp. z o.o., operating Selected Vintage Guitars. We purchase the instrument and sell it to you; we are not acting as your purchasing agent. These terms (version 2026-09-11) and the accepted individual quote form your sales agreement.

Sending an enquiry is not a purchase. We issue a time-limited quote. Selecting “Place order with obligation to pay” accepts that specific quote and concludes the sales agreement. Review the instrument description, condition, scope, final gross total, currency, delivery address and estimated schedule before accepting. You receive an email confirmation.

The quote includes the instrument and all agreed service, applicable taxes and delivery charges. We will not add paid work without your agreement. You pay using the SumUp link provided in your account. Card details are handled by SumUp. Clicking the link or returning to our site does not confirm payment.

Availability and delivery timing are assessed individually before the quote is issued. We inform you of delays or any inability to fulfil the order and agree the next steps, including reimbursement where due. Status changes and the tracking number are available in your account.

Consumers normally have 14 days from receiving the instrument to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Notify us by email with your name, order number and a clear withdrawal statement; then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Contact us for return arrangements. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods in a withdrawal.

We refund payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the instrument.

Your statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Send complaints to shop@selectedvintageguitars.com, describing the problem and order number. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protection applicable to you.
