Seller's description

The Univarsal Audio Teletronix LA-2A Studio Compressor is voiced to match the original hand-wired hardware with outstanding precision, putting the amazingly thick, musical tone and feel of the iconic optical tube limiter in a powerful and compact pedal format. Just like the original hardware, this pedal features switchable compression and limiting modes, with a streamlined control set for peak and gain, plus an additional mix control not featured on the original. Its also got options for true/buffered bypass, and stock or fast release times. Whether reining-in clean tones and single-note passages, adding focus to bass and synths, or taming the dynamics of keys, the original LA-2A is famous for enhancing signals like no other compressor in history. The Teletronix LA-2A pedal offers all the huge 3D tone of the original unit - down to the tone of the transformers, tubes, and distortions of the T4 optical cell - right at your feet. The Fat Sound of a Vintage Tube Circuit Even using the Teletronix LA-2A without any compression enhances tone with a beautiful tube thickness, pushing your already gritty tube amp into gloriously warm overdrive with plenty of harmonics and colour. Features Authentic emulation of iconic Teletronix LA-2A optical tube compressor/limiter, captured in a compact stompbox Perfectly captured end-to-end emulation of vintage transformers, tube amplifiers, and T4 optical cell for fat, three-dimensional tube tones Mix control for easy parallel compression effects True/buffered bypass, Stock/Fast attack switch Timeless UA design and craftsmanship, built for years of reliable performance Gentle Dynamics Control and Natural Sustain Product Specs Item Number: 30054 Make: Universal Audio Model: Teletronix LA2A Studio Compressor Pedal Condition: Brand New Finish: Silver Categories: effects-and-pedals ⇒ compression-and-sustain ⇒ pedal Function: Dynamics Digital Modeling/Simulation Made In: Malaysia MPN: UA-LA2AUAFX UPC: 819937003851 Modul
