Seller's description

It’s no exaggeration to call the RAT the gold standard of distortion pedals; its sound can be heard on many historic albums. This is a particularly popular model from the 1980s “White Face” era, a USA-made model with a straight-sided enclosure. Based on the pot data and serial number, we have determined it was manufactured in 1985, and it features a National Semiconductor LM308N IC. It is characterized by a distortion sound with a pleasant roughness and density unique to that era. Condition ・Battery snap has been spliced ・Shows significant signs of use overall ・Functioning perfectly This is a charming unit with the distinct presence you’d expect from a vintage RAT. ?
