Featuring an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, it’s based on the ST style while delivering the exceptional playability and responsiveness unique to Sugi.Featuring an SSH layout—a front-and-center single-coil pickup paired with a rear humbucker—it handles a wide range of tones, from delicate clean sounds to rich, full-bodied overdrive. Modern design elements that support comfortable playing, such as a compound radius fingerboard and heel cut, further enhance this instrument’s appeal. It features a Relic finish, which intentionally gives the paint and parts a well-worn appearance. Therefore, the scuffs on the body and peeling paint are intentional design elements of this model.
