We've just received a used EDWARDS E-PB-95M/LT! This PB model features a matte lacquer-style finish, an alder body, and a maple neck. Since the PB-type pickups are split-coil, they function as a single pickup when combined. While they are normally wired in series, the dual-mode switch allows for parallel wiring. The Seymour Duncan SPB-2 pickups emphasize the low and high frequencies, making it easy to produce the sound essential for slap playing. The bridge has been replaced with a Badass Bass II. There are signs of wear, including paint discoloration on the back of the body that resembles strap marks, a small chip in the paint at the neck joint, fine dents and scuffs on the body, and rust on the saddle set screws. Since its arrival, it has undergone a full setup, string action adjustment, neck shim adjustment, and strap pin replacement.
