Seller's description

We’ve just received a used BOSS CE-1 Chorus Ensemble! Released in 1976, prior to the launch of the Compact Series, the CE-1 Chorus Ensemble was BOSS’s very first effects unit and the world’s first “chorus pedal.” Created by isolating the chorus/vibrato unit from the legendary Jazz Chorus (JC Series) guitar amplifiers, its beautiful sound became the global standard for chorus effects. It remains a highly sought-after classic analog stereo chorus unit. As the first effects pedal to utilize BBD (Bipolar Beat-Divider) technology, it offers a warm, analog sound unlike any other. It produces a unique and distinctive chorus and vibrato effect.
