Seller's description

We have received a used OVATION/N868 Nakao Elite. Key specifications include a flamed maple top, a Lyracord Super Shallow Bowl body, a 5-piece mahogany/maple neck, an ebony fingerboard, a 25.25-inch scale length, a nut width of approximately 42.5 mm (measured), and the OP-24 preamp system. As for its condition, there are quite a few dents, scratches, and signs of tarnish and rust on the metal parts; it shows signs of aging and wear commensurate with its age. There is a slight bulge on the top below the bridge. The neck showed signs of twisting, so we have performed corrective measures at our repair center. It currently has a slight forward bow, but this does not pose any major issues for playing. String action at the 12th fret is 2.5 mm on the 6th string and 2.0 mm on the 1st string; the truss rod has approximately 1/4 of a turn remaining. The frets have been leveled, so there are no significant irregularities, and approximately 70% of the original frets remain. There are no issues with the output of the electronics, but slight noise is present when using the bass EQ. Please note that the instrument will be delivered in its current condition. The original hard case is included. This is a rare model from the Nakao Elite series, and there are very few of them available on the used market today. If you’ve been looking for one, please take this opportunity to consider it.
