Seller's description

Believe it or not, we've just received a used "RAT" from the Fringe Logo collection. One of the very first “The Rat” models, known as the “Fringe Logo,” has arrived! It dates back to around 1978, and is known as the “Fringe Logo” because of its design, where the “T” in “RAT” has a fluttering, fringed look. The center control is labeled “TONE” instead of “FILTER.” It’s equipped with a National Semiconductor LM308N op-amp. It covers everything from crunch to dirty distortion, and that dry, distinctive “The Rat” tone is truly one-of-a-kind. * Shows signs of battery snap repair (with a patch added later) Serial No.: 401157 Condition: B: Shows signs of wear and use, but functions perfectly Box: None Instruction Manual: None Condition: B: Shows significant scratches and signs of use, but functions normally for its intended purpose * As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, or other imperfections that are not visible in the photos or not listed here.
