Seller's description

The highly popular vintage distortion pedal, the Marshall “The Guv’nor” With its rugged, heavy-duty black cabinet accented by red trim and a classic logo, its appearance is exactly as if a classic Marshall amp from years past had been condensed into a pedal-sized form. It covers a wide range of tones, from thick, full-bodied crunch to sticky distortion, and the 3-band EQ (BASS / MIDDLE / TREBLE) allows for precise tone shaping, faithfully reproducing the “cabinet resonance” and midrange punch that are hard to achieve with small amplifiers. This unit is made in the UK. * Four new rubber feet have been installed. * Parts such as potentiometers have been replaced. At a repair shop, five potentiometers, three jacks, the DC jack, and the footswitch were replaced. There are scratches and scuffs on the finish due to years of use.
