Seller's description

Featuring a rare crackle finish and black hardware. This is the 56-U2, a Danelectro model with a beautifully curved, Coke bottle-style headstock. It features a Masonite semi-hollow body, a 3:3 headstock reminiscent of a Coke bottle, a metal nut, a 636mm scale, a lipstick pickup, a 2-volume/2-tone/3-way selector switch, and a wooden saddle. This model is characterized by its retro look and a bright, sweet sound resulting from the combination of the Masonite semi-hollow body and the Lipstick pickup. There are signs of wear (such as peeling tape on the waist, scuffs, playing lines, picking marks, warping of the pickguard, and tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage). It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and action adjustment).
