Seller's description

The Sadowsky Onboard Jazz Bass Preamp & Wiring Loom is a premium bass guitar electronics upgrade designed to bring the distinctive clarity, punch and powerful active EQ response associated with Sadowsky instruments to a compatible Jazz Bass-style bass guitar. Sadowsky preamps are renowned for their clean, articulate sound, full low-frequency response and exceptionally musical tone-shaping capabilities. Their distinctive active circuitry has become popular among professional bassists, session musicians and players who want greater control over their instrument's amplified sound. Designed to work with compatible passive bass pickups, Sadowsky onboard electronics provide the tonal flexibility of active bass EQ while retaining the natural character of the instrument. The Sadowsky preamp design is particularly celebrated for its bass and treble boost functionality, allowing players to add low-end depth, high-frequency clarity and additional presence without relying entirely on external effects or amplifier EQ. This makes it particularly appealing for slap bass, funk, soul, jazz, rock and contemporary playing styles, where definition and a strong, controlled low end are essential. The supplied wiring loom provides a practical foundation for installing the preamp into a compatible instrument. This particular Sadowsky preamp and wiring loom is in Excellent Pre-Owned Condition and has never been used or installed. The electronics have been tested to ensure there are no issues, providing additional reassurance for the buyer. The complete assembly comes with its original hardware and original box, making it an excellent option for anyone seeking a high-quality bass electronics upgrade.
