Seller's description

The Rocktek ADR-02 Delay is a vintage analog delay pedal produced in Taiwan and equipped with the sought-after MN3208 bucket-brigade delay (BBD) chipset. This particular unit, serial number 1044178, represents an original production example from the era when compact analog delays were valued for their warm and organic character. Built around the MN3208 chip, the ADR-02 delivers classic analog delay tones with soft high-frequency roll-off and natural signal degradation as the repeats trail off. The result is a warm, slightly dark echo that sits smoothly behind the dry signal, making it well suited for ambient textures, subtle slapback, and vintage-style lead enhancement. The control layout is straightforward and functional, typically offering Delay Time, Repeat (feedback), and Level (mix) controls. This allows precise adjustment from short, tight echoes to longer, more atmospheric repeats, while maintaining the inherent warmth associated with BBD-based circuits. As a Made in Taiwan vintage unit, the Rocktek ADR-02 reflects the affordable yet characterful analog designs of its time. With its MN3208 chipset, it stands out as a practical and musical choice for players seeking authentic analog delay response in a compact format.
