Seller's description

The Orange Micro Terror MT20 Guitar Amp Head squeezes genuine valve-preamp character and 20 watts of usable guitar power into one of the smallest amplifier heads in the Orange range. At its heart is a single ECC83 / 12AX7 preamp valve, feeding a solid-state 20-watt output stage. This hybrid design gives the Micro Terror the warmth, response and natural gain associated with a valve-driven front end while keeping the complete amplifier exceptionally compact, lightweight and straightforward to own. Three simple controls — Gain, Tone and Volume — take you from cleaner practice sounds through crunchy classic-rock rhythm tones and into rich overdrive. Add a headphone output, Aux input and support for 8–16Ω guitar cabinets, and the Micro Terror becomes a highly practical amplifier for home practice, recording, rehearsals and portable head-and-cab rigs. Genuine ECC83 Valve Preamp The Micro Terror is not simply a miniature solid-state practice head. Orange places a 12AX7 / ECC83 valve in the preamp, giving the guitar signal genuine valve-driven gain and harmonic character before it reaches the power stage. This helps the amp respond naturally to picking strength and guitar volume changes while keeping the overall design compact. 20 Watt
