Seller's description

The MXR EVH Phase 90 is a special collaboration between Eddie Van Halen and Dunlop Manufacturing, offering an updated version of the iconic Phase 90 pedal. With the EVH 90, you can experience the same legendary spacey swirls and hypnotic warbles that have made the Phase 90 famous, but with some exciting new features. One of the standout features of the EVH 90 is the all-new Script switch. This switch allows you to instantly toggle between two distinct phaser tones. The "Script Logo" position delivers a vintage phaser tone, reminiscent of the classic sound associated with the early Phase 90 models. On the other hand, the "Block Logo" position offers a more modern, in-your-face phaser tone with enhanced intensity. Visually, the EVH 90 pays tribute to Eddie Van Halen's legendary Frankenstein guitar with its striking graphics. The pedal features the iconic red, white, and black stripes, adding a touch of rock history to your pedalboard. In addition to its tonal versatility and eye-catching design, the EVH 90 is equipped with the standard Speed control found on the Phase 90, allowing you to adjust the rate of the phasing effect to suit your preferences. This pedal can be powered using a 9-volt battery or connected to a power adapter. The recommended power adapter is the Dunlop ECB003 9-volt adapter. Alternatively, it is compatible with MXR's DC Brick, Iso-Brick, and Mini Iso-Brick power supplies (though these are not included with the pedal). For fans of Eddie Van Halen's signature guitar tones and anyone seeking classic phaser sounds with a twist, the MXR EVH Phase 90 is an excellent choice. Its combination of vintage and modern phasing options, along with its stunning graphics, makes it a stand-out pedal that captures the spirit of rock and roll.
