From the listing
The Badlander is the latest in a long line of iconic Rectifiers, carrying the tradition of high-gain performance forward with a tighter low end, a more aggressive midrange, and richer harmonic content. An all-new preamp and power section, running either two or four EL34s, gives it a distinctive, more percussive character that honors heavy sounds and goes far beyond them. It arrives with a new voice and a new attitude, ready to redefine what a Rectifier can be. This is a Recto for the times, as heavy as you need it to be, or not. It’s not your ’90s Recto, and whatever era you came up in, the Badlander has serious game with your name on it. Two Channels, Three Modes Each Both channels are fully independent and footswitchable, and each offers Clean, Crunch, and Crush modes, so you can dial in everything from glassy clarity to crushing saturation. Power on Demand Global power switching gives you 100, 50, or 20 watts, so you can unleash full-throttle authority on stage or tame it for the studio and home. Run it with EL34s or switch to 6L6s to change the feel. Built-In CabClone IR The onboard, channel-assignable CabClone IR serves as both cabinet simulator and reactive amp load, with eight factory presets: 4x12 Rectifier Standard (closed back) 4x12 Rectifier Traditional (closed back) 2x12 Rectifier Horizontal (closed back) 1x12 Rectifier (closed back) 1x12 Thiele (closed back, front ported) 2x12 Lone Star (open back) 1x12 Lone Star 23 (open back) 1x12 California Tweed 23 (open back) Open third-party IR compatibility over USB lets you load your own favorites, with extra cabinet library space beyond the factory eight. A balanced XLR direct output, headphone jack, and ground lift make recording and silent practice effortless. Add a fully buffered effects loop and a one-button footswitch for channel changes, and the Badlander 100 is ready for the stage, the studio, and everything between.
