Our 10-point functional test was completed in full: all checks passed except volume controls. Note: Fully tested. Please note that some of the dials are quite crackly when turned; this cannot be heard while playing, only when adjusting the dials. We also noticed that the volume only really kicks in around the '2' position. Volume is still present leading up to this point, but the dynamic range isn't there. Once the dial reaches '2', the amp sounds as it should. Cosmetically, there are quite a few surface marks and scratches throughout, most noticeably scuffing to the metal corners. Please refer to the images provided. Please review all photos carefully, as they provide an accurate representation of the cosmetic condition of the product. What's included Laney LC50 (Black) No additional accessories included About this model The Laney LC50 is a 50-watt valve combo guitar amplifier running in Class A/B, with four 12AX7 (ECC83) tubes in the preamp and a pair of 6L6 power tubes (switchable to EL34). It offers two channels, Clean and Drive, each with its own Bass, Middle and Treble EQ and switchable spring reverb. The Drive channel's preamp is voiced very close to a Marshall JCM800, while the clean channel leans towards Fender Blackface tones. Further features include high and low impedance inputs, a footswitchable bright switch, a global effects loop and line outputs for silent recording. A great opportunity to own a Laney LC50 at this price point.
