The choice of technician must be approved by Guitars Plus in advance. The customer is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the agreed-upon technician. This policy applies only to minor, repairable issues resulting from carrier handling and does not apply to amplifiers or pedals. Setups & String Tension: Guitars Plus is not responsible for setup costs incurred after delivery.
