Seller's description

Quick Product Summary The JHS Pedals Hard Drive in Black is a powerful modern high-gain distortion designed for guitarists who want the weight and aggression of '90s and 2000s alternative rock without relying on another recreation of an established vintage circuit. Developed from the ground up by JHS, it combines cascaded gain stages, hard limiting and a Class AB amplifier section to produce everything from muscular amp-style crunch to a dense wall of saturated distortion. Unlike distortion pedals built around a fixed classic voicing, the Hard Drive gives you extensive control over its frequency response. A sweepable Mid Freq control works alongside Bass, Middle and Treble EQ, allowing you to decide exactly where the guitar sits in the mix rather than simply choosing between more or less treble. For modern rock, alternative, post-grunge and heavier styles, the Hard Drive offers substantial gain without sacrificing useful tone-shaping control. The Black finish completes a purposeful, understated pedal that is designed to go considerably further into modern distortion territory than a traditional overdrive.
