Seller's description

Quick Product Summary The JHS Pedals 3 Series Fuzz is a versatile two-transistor fuzz designed to deliver classic fuzz character without restricting you to one vintage-style sound. With Volume, Bias and Fuzz controls plus a Fat bass-boost switch, it can move from pushed-amp-style grit and distortion through thick sustained fuzz to deliberately gated, sputtering textures. At the centre of the pedal is the Bias control, which adjusts the voltage supplied to part of the fuzz circuit. Turn it up and the response becomes increasingly gated and broken-up, giving you access to dying-battery-style textures without needing an external voltage sag device. Unlike many traditional fuzz designs where useful settings can be concentrated at one end of the Fuzz control, JHS designed the 3 Series Fuzz so the entire sweep remains musically useful. Combined with excellent guitar-volume clean-up and the optional Fat mode, it is a strong choice for players buying their first serious fuzz as well as experienced pedal users looking for a straightforward, responsive fuzz box.
