Seller's description

From Gibson: "The Gibson J-45 has been one of the most beloved slope-shoulder dreadnoughts ever built since 1942. This version in Gold Top gives the iconic workhorse model an exclusive and striking appearance, without compromising the familiar sound for which the J-45 is known. Visually powerful, yet stylish and timeless. The combination of a solid Sitka spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides provides a warm, open sound with a strong bass response, rich mid-range, and a clear but never harsh top. The guitar effortlessly lends itself to both powerful strumming and subtle fingerstyle playing. The LR Baggs VTC pickup transparently amplifies the natural character of the J-45 for stage and studio. The mahogany neck has a SlimTaper profile with a rosewood fretboard and a short 24.75 inch scale length. Nitrocellulose finish contributes to the resonance and the natural aging process. Supplied with a Gibson hardshell case. An inspiring instrument for singer-songwriters and live musicians looking for a modern classic with a distinctive appearance."
