Seller's description

The Super-Hi 33 pairs the famously clean and responsive Hiwatt power section with a cascaded gain preamp. Based on the Custom Super-Hi amplifier, this circuit was designed to be the ultimate modern gain machine. Two channels with gain and volume controls, plus an independent 'Super Hi' boost to push them into meltdown, puts four levels of gain and volume at your disposal. The Super-Hi 33 uses oversized transformers and 6V6 tubes in the power section to deliver the powerful but articulate bass response of a larger amp at lower volumes. With all that cascaded filth in the preamp, we have also added a clean and quiet post-preamp FX loop to keep your modulation and time-based effects clean and clear. A true gain monster. Features: Based on the Custom Shop Super-Hi Two channels of high gain with channel-independent master volumes Footswitchable channel and Super-Hi boost 6V6 output valves for headroom and bass response at lower volumes Depth control for fine-tuning bass response. Post-gain FX Loop for extra versatility with preamps, modulation, and time-based effects.
