Seller's description

The AC-HWR series is VOX’s deep dive into classic AC30 tone, rebuilt through close study of original vintage units. By analysing the power supply behaviour of numerous early AC30s, VOX developed a newly designed supply that captures the feel, response and harmonic character that defined those amps. Careful attention was also paid to the output transformer, whose natural saturation plays a major role in the rich overtones and musical compression associated with vintage VOX designs. Cabinet construction follows the thinner material dimensions used on original AC30s, contributing to a wider, more open midrange response. The series also tackles common vintage amp issues, reducing ghost notes while preserving touch sensitivity and dynamics. A high quality spring reverb adds depth and dimension, while the inclusion of an effects loop allows time based and modulation effects to remain clear when used with overdriven tones. Available as a 15 watt combo loaded with Celestion Alnico Blue speakers. Vacuum Tube Configuration: ECC83/12AX7 x 2、EL84 x 2 Speaker Configuration: 12” 116Ω Celestion Alnico Blue x 1 Easily removed collection cables allow for the straightforward connection of an attenuator-perfect for situations where lower volume levels are required. 15 watts Video: https://youtu.be/x9Zzlqbnpx0 Product Specs Item Number: 38884 Make: VOX Model: AC15HWR1X Hand-Wired Condition: Brand New Finish: Black Categories: amps ⇒ guitar-cabinets EAN: 4959112237636
