It was designed with precision & detail stemming from a long history of guitar manufacturing experience. These guitars are relatively simple with a traditional taste yet sport very useful modern & practical features for today's musicians. FGN Guitars with Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.) for Exceptional Tone and Precision FGN guitars and basses feature the exclusive Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.), designed to enhance pitch accuracy and tonal clarity. By installing frets in a slightly curved shape, each string crosses the frets at a 90-degree angle, minimizing contact for precise articulation. This innovative design creates even scale lengths across all strings, delivering clear tones and rich harmonics that make both chords and single notes stand out. Advanced Features for Playability and Tone Compound Radius Fingerboard: A compound radius fingerboard allows for easier chord playing near the nut and effortless bending in higher registers, thanks to its conical shape with a smaller radius at the nut and a flatter radius toward the neck. Maple Quarter-Sawn Neck with Luminous Side Dots: The sturdy quarter-sawn maple neck includes glow-in-the-dark side dots, perfect for dark stages. Rolled Edge Fingerboard with Narrow-Tall Frets: Featuring narrow-tall nickel silver frets and expert fret edge treatment, this fingerboard provides smooth playability. Versatile 5-Way "Double-Tricky" Switching System: With the FGN XPERT humbucker and OS-2 single-coil pickups, along with a 5-way lever switch and "Double-tricky" mini switches, this guitar offers a range of tonal options for every style. Premium GOTOH Components: GOTOH® vintage-style Magnum Lock tuners and the GOTOH® 510 tremolo bridge add stability and smooth operation.
