Seller's description

The Dunlop GCB-95 Crybaby Original is one of the most iconic wah pedals ever built, shaping the expressive guitar tones of countless players since the late 1960s. This particular unit, serial number AA-15D950, is a vintage pre-CE version produced before European certification requirements were introduced, making it a sought-after pedal among collectors and tone enthusiasts. The GCB-95 features the classic rocker-style foot treadle that sweeps the wah filter, producing the trademark vocal-like resonance that has become synonymous with funk, rock, blues, and metal. Its rugged metal chassis and road-ready design have made it a trusted choice for decades of touring musicians. Pre-CE Crybabys are valued for their distinctive circuit voicing, often described as warmer, rawer, and more organic than later mass-produced models. With its vintage character and historical significance, this pedal represents not just a piece of gear, but a piece of wah-wah history.
