Seller's description

The FFM1 Silicon Fuzz Face Mini Distortion is part of the Fuzz Face Mini Distortion line, which offers classic Fuzz Face tones in smaller, more pedalboard-friendly housings with modern features. This particular pedal, the FFM1, is designed to replicate the bright and aggressive Fuzz Face sound of a specific 1970 Fuzz Face unit that Dunlop has in their collection. The key to its distinctive tone lies in the matched BC108 silicon transistors used in its circuitry. Despite its compact size, the FFM1 delivers a bright and aggressive fuzz sound that captures the essence of the vintage Fuzz Face pedal. The addition of a bright status LED, an AC power jack, and a convenient battery door enhance the pedal's modern functionality. These features, combined with true bypass switching, make the Fuzz Face Mini Distortion pedals versatile and pedalboard-friendly for contemporary guitarists. Whether you're after vintage fuzz tones or experimenting with modern sounds, the FFM1 Silicon Fuzz Face Mini Distortion offers a unique and sought-after tonal characteristic. Its bright and aggressive nature sets it apart, making it an excellent addition to any guitarist's effects arsenal. To power the pedal, you can use a 9-volt battery or a compatible power adapter, providing flexibility for different setups and preferences.
