Seller's description

The DOD 250-X features the same Gain and Level control potentiometer values and tapers as the original OD250, but now features a 3-position toggle switch that not only exactly replicates the original 250 stock “SILICON” mode but also includes two additional modes for added versatility. The “ASYM” mode provides an entirely different asymmetrical even-harmonic distortion characteristic. The third toggle switch selection is a “LIFT” mode, which eliminates diode clipping entirely from the signal path, providing a clean boost at moderate levels, or even a “dirty” boost as you drive the LM741 op-amp into clipping at higher gain settings.
