Seller's description

The DigiTech Drop is a polyphonic pitch-shifting pedal that allows guitarists to instantly drop their tuning from one semitone down to a full octave, all without retuning or changing guitars. This feature is particularly useful for musicians who need to switch between different tunings quickly during live performances or studio sessions. The pedal offers nine drop-tune settings, including 1–7 semitones down, a full octave down, or a full octave down with your dry signal blended in. One of the standout features of the Drop is its Momentary/Latching footswitch. In Momentary mode, the pitch shift is active only while the footswitch is held down, allowing for dynamic effects like trills or pitch dips. In Latching mode, the effect remains engaged until the footswitch is pressed again, providing consistent down-tuned tones for entire songs. This versatility makes the Drop a valuable tool for various musical styles and performance scenarios. Built with a compact metal chassis, the DigiTech Drop is designed to withstand the rigours of live performances. It operates on a 9V DC power supply and features true bypass switching, ensuring that your original tone remains uncoloured when the effect is disengaged. Whether you're looking to add depth to your sound or explore new musical possibilities, the DigiTech Drop offers a convenient and reliable solution for achieving instant drop-tuning effects.
