Seller's description

D'Angelico have shown us that they are back with no signs of slowing down, producing perfect models from top to bottom that will satisfy all the needs of the seasoned guitar player. The EX175 Hollow Body Electric Guitar produces warm jazzy tones and offers comfortable playability, with quintessential D'Angelico features such as the stairstep pickguard. The natural finish laminated flamed Maple back is an excellent tonewood for hollow-bodied guitars because of the tightness and clarity it delivers, while the floating humbucker pickup captures the warmth and full-bodied resonance. Enjoy a wide range of sound from your EX175 with the volume and tone controls with three way toggle, giving you versatility to suit your style of playing. The Maple neck with Walnut centre plays like a dream, enabling your tone to cut through pleasantly without being overly aggressive or tinny. Prized for its beauty, Maple is also known to keep your lows tight, and help your highs and mids maintain a pleasing brightness, while the Rosewood bridge will maximize volume and projection. The EX-175 is the only D’Angelico archtop equipped with a Bigsby vibrato. With a strong, crisp low-end and a fiercely cranky high-end, the EX-175 is made for players seeking the new rock edge D’Angelico provides. The Bigsby allows for anything from glassy shimmers to warped dizzy-spells, while the roller bridge guarantees stable tuning. Dare to be dynamic: the EX-175 is resilient to feedback and can be pushed harder than most archtops while still maintaining clarity. Its ultra-slim taper neck makes for supreme comfort, whether you’re blazing through gained-up note-heavy licks or carefully articulating fingerpicked lines. Includes case.
