Seller's description

The Cort Action Bass VI Plus in Black is a six-string electric bass designed to offer extended range while remaining comfortable and accessible for a wide variety of players. Its poplar body keeps the instrument lightweight, while the hard maple neck provides stability across the full six-string span. The jatoba fingerboard features 24 frets with a smooth radius, allowing clear articulation for both low-end fundamentals and higher melodic lines. This model uses a dual soapbar pickup configuration to accommodate the broader frequency range of a six-string bass. The electronics include an active two-band EQ for bass and treble adjustment, along with volume and tone controls for shaping the overall sound. This setup provides a versatile tonal palette capable of deep lows, articulate mids, and bright, cutting highs suited for modern styles. Hardware consists of a reliable fixed bridge designed to handle the tension of six strings and die-cast tuners that maintain stable tuning during extended playing sessions. The ergonomic body contouring helps reduce fatigue, making the instrument comfortable whether played seated or standing. The combination of extended range, active electronics, and solid construction makes the Action Bass VI Plus a practical and flexible choice for players exploring expanded bass techniques.
