Seller's description

Collings OM2H in Natural: Built for the Fingerstyle Soul Eighty years after the Orchestra Model shape was first drawn up, it remains the go-to 14-fret guitar for fingerstyle players on steel strings, and this Collings OM2H shows why. The moment you strike a note it speaks, with a balanced, immediate response that comes from a body just over 4 inches deep. Sitka spruce on top and East Indian rosewood on the back and sides give it a focused, articulate voice with warmth underneath, and the pre-war style bracing lets every note in a chord ring out clearly. It’s just as comfortable for flatpickers, and its compact size feels natural on a stage or on the couch. The wide nut gives your fingerpicking hand room to work, and the modified V neck sits easily in the palm, so you can settle in for hours. Everything about it feels sorted out, from the smooth fretwork to the way it responds to a light touch or a confident dig. This is a guitar that rewards you the more you play it. Natural is the right way to show off a guitar built this well. The glossy lacquer lets the spruce and rosewood glow, framed by ivoroid binding with herringbone purfling, a zipper backstrip, and a tortoise pickguard that adds classic warmth. Abalone diamond and square inlays catch the light along the ebony fingerboard, and the mother-of-pearl Collings logo on the ebony peghead veneer is the finishing touch. It comes home in a Deluxe hardshell case by TKL.
