Mint condition - original box & box content is included.     Germanium versus silicon — it’s one of the oldest arguments in the world of fuzzboxes, but why not have one of each? Catalinbread’s Fuzzrite Germanium builds upon the classic Mosrite Fuzzrite formula, but swaps out the silicon for germanium, and guitarists are simply blown away by this pedal’s old-school fuzzy ferocity! The classic Mosrite Fuzzrite (and Catalinbread’s modern take on it) is famous for its aggressive, splatty silicon tone. To provide us with a bold new take on this classic sound, Catalinabread swapped out the silicon for germanium, resulting in a smoother, warmer tone that still manages to capture the original Fuzzrite’s idiosyncratic voice. What’s more, the Fuzzrite Germanium adds a whole new element with the Vintage/Modern toggle modes, supplying both cutting old-school grit and thick, pummeling fuzz for a highly impressive range of sonic variation.Catalinbread: gear that makes you want to playThe self-avowed gearheads at Catalinbread focus on making musical devices that they themselves want to use — "gear that gets us excited and inspires us to play." The result of that authentic focus and unwavering integrity is the type of innovation that isn't market-driven; Catalinbread creates its own market for products players love, whether overdrive, delay/reverb, fuzz/distortion, or tremolo/modulation pedals. The Fuzzrite Germanium pedal is a powerful example of Catalinbread's commitment to exciting, inspiring innovation.Catalinbread Fuzzrite Germanium Effects Pedal Features: Modifies the classic Mosrite Fuzzrite silicon formula with a germanium construction Modern/Vintage toggle switch offers both treble-rich, old school grit and richly saturated fuzz Delivers the vintage-style garage-rock grit of the original Fuzzrite but with a smoother, rounder tone Improved ergonomics/pedalboard friendliness with topside controls Can be powered by 9V battery or 9V DC adap
