Seller's description

Reverty Used Guitars Japan — every instrument inspected, set up, and played before listing. BOSS OS-2 OverDrive/Distortion - Compact Drive Pedal, Made in Taiwan The BOSS OS-2 packs two independent drive circuits - an overdrive and a distortion - into a single compact enclosure, with a COLOR knob that blends smoothly between them. It is one of the most flexible drive pedals BOSS has ever produced, equally at home as a mild rhythm overdrive or a thick, aggressive lead distortion. This particular unit comes with its original box and manual, which is increasingly uncommon for a used compact pedal. The bottom plate carries the Roland/BOSS label marked MADE IN TAIWAN, with serial number WW06791. == SPECIFICATIONS == - Brand: BOSS (Roland) - Model: OS-2 OverDrive/Distortion - Type: Overdrive / Distortion pedal - Country of Origin: Taiwan (per bottom label) - Color: Yellow - Controls: LEVEL, TONE, DRIVE, COLOR - Indicator: CHECK indicator (battery check) - Connectors: INPUT jack, OUTPUT jack, DC IN jack - Bypass: Buffered bypass - Power Supply: 9V battery (6F22 / 6LR61) or BOSS PSA-series AC adaptor (sold separately) - Current Draw: 12 mA - Serial Number: WW06791 == CONDITION == Overall: Very Good - Enclosure: Paint chips and scratches, mainly along the edges and corners, consistent with regular use - Knobs: Present and functioning - Footswitch: Functions correctly - Electronics: All controls and switching function correctly. Fully functional. Honest playwear on the finish, with no impact on operation. Please review all photos carefully for the exact cosmetic condition. All photos are of the actual pedal for sale. == INCLUDED == - Original box - Manual and leaflets - No battery or AC adaptor is included == WHY THIS PEDAL == The OS-2 remains a genuinely useful tool rather than a one-trick box: the COLOR control lets you dial anywhere between a light, dynamic overdrive and a tight, hard-clipping distortion, so a single pedal covers rhythm and lead duties.
