Seller's description

The Boss BD-2 Blues Driver delivers a lively, amp-like overdrive that responds to your picking. Set Gain low for a touch of grit with clearly defined chords, or turn it up for biting rhythm sounds and sustaining leads. Play more softly or roll back your guitar’s volume and the sound cleans up, letting you vary the drive without adjusting the pedal. With Gain, Tone and Level controls, the BD-2 is easy to set up as a light boost or your main overdrive. It also works well for pushing an amplifier or stacking with another drive pedal. Its dynamic response makes it useful for blues, rock and any playing style where the difference between a gentle and a strong attack matters. Notable users of the BD-2 model include Prince (The New Power Generation), Robert Smith (The Cure) and Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day). This example was made in Taiwan and has a silver label and serial number UW23070.
