Benson Amps Portable Distortion 424 MKII

Seller's description

The 424 MKII Preamp captures the gritty, unmistakable texture of a cassette 4-track preamp - raw, dirty, and unapologetically lo-fi. But this isn’t just a nostalgia box. A bypassable buffer adds a modern twist, expanding the pedal’s versatility and response with high-impedance guitar signals. Use it as a subtle EQ or clean boost, a focused treble enhancer, or push it into darker, fuzzier territory - all the way to chaotic, broken-tape distortion. Turn off the buffer, and you're right back in that unmistakable, unfiltered sound of plugging straight into a vintage 4-track.
