Seller's description

The Ashdown Studio 12 is an 80‑watt bass combo featuring a single 12‑inch speaker, providing portable amplification with extended low‑end response. Its plywood cabinet is reinforced with metal corners and finished in durable tolex, combining sturdiness with manageable weight for easy transport. A five-band EQ covering bass, low mid, middle, hi-mid, and treble offers precise control over the instrument’s tonal range, while a dedicated Drive control activates Ashdown’s valve-emulated overdrive for added warmth and grit. Master volume, input level, and additional performance features such as a Line Input, headphone output, and speaker mute enhance versatility for practice, rehearsal, or small-venue performance. Designed to balance portability, tonal flexibility, and reliable power, the Studio 12 provides a compact yet capable platform that handles detailed tone shaping, dynamic overdrive, and convenient practice options, making it suitable for bassists needing a full-featured small combo.
