Seller's description

The Yamaha CH-01 Chorus is a vintage analog chorus pedal from the early 1980s, designed to deliver warm, lush modulation tones that defined the sound of that era. Built with classic bucket-brigade circuitry, it produces a rich and organic modulation that enhances both clean and overdriven tones with depth and dimension. This particular unit, serial number 500752, is part of Yamaha’s original analog effects lineup, known for its durable construction and smooth sonic character. The CH-01 features two controls: Rate and Depth. Rate adjusts the speed of the modulation, while Depth determines the intensity of the chorus effect. Together, they offer everything from subtle shimmering textures to deep, swirling chorus tones reminiscent of classic recordings by artists of the 1980s. Housed in Yamaha’s sturdy die-cast enclosure, the CH-01 is built to last and has become a sought-after pedal among collectors and tone enthusiasts. Its fully analog signal path ensures an authentic vintage warmth that modern digital units rarely match.
