What's included Yamaha BB424X Soft Case About this model The Yamaha BB424X is a 4-string electric bass with an alder body, a 5-piece maple and nato bolt-on neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets on a 34-inch scale. It pairs a passive Alnico split-coil pickup in the neck (P-bass style) with a ceramic single-coil in the bridge (J-bass style), controlled by master volume, master tone and a 3-way pickup selector. The string-through-body bridge angles the strings diagonally through the body for improved resonance, and the vintage-style open-back tuners, chrome control plate and black pickguard give it a classic look. A great opportunity to own a Yamaha BB424X at this price point.
