Unique Crimson Caster custom, Silver Bullet. This bad ass started life as an old US Corona Telecaster body we had laying round the shop. We decided it was due a bit of a make over, this guitar usually gets used as a shop work horse to try pickup and wiring mods for customers but nothing to extravagant happening at the moment so we had it pimped out in our own unique way, for the time being anyway. Sporting a custom made Crimson Neck from our good buds down at Crimson Guitars and a rather tasty set of Seymour Duncan’s this little Telly has a bit of a Bite. We let Master Luthier Ben Crow at Crimson have free range on the neck for this one and he surprised us with this sublimely understated custom neck. One piece Wenge neck with some rather classy bar inlay work. Feels and plays sublime, the Wenge neck adds an overtone as dark as molasses to the more normal light twang of a Tele. Loaded with top quality components and and fantastic Schiller locking tuners this thing is a dream to live with. Again a slight departure from the more humble Tele it stared out as, but one that the right person will love. At the shop we like playing and modifying guitars, this is one of our own creations and can be commissioned to look and sound just like this one or be completely customised to your specification. Everything’s an option from the contoured body down to paint colours and amount of distress. All at a very affordable price point. The specifications are only limited by your imagination everything else is up for grabs. You think it we’ll do it. The basic guitars starts at around £600 to £700 and additional costs are dependent solely on spec. Word of Warning, Don’t order if you expect instant delivery. We only have a few examples in the shop as demos, everything else is cooked freshly to order.
