Seller's description

The Tokai TDL-1 Analog Delay is a rare vintage delay pedal from the golden era of Japanese effects manufacturing. Built in Japan and equipped with the sought-after MN3205 bucket brigade chipset, it delivers warm, organic analog echoes that sit beautifully in the mix. Known for its musical character and smooth repeats, the TDL-1 captures the classic sound that made analog delay pedals so beloved among guitarists. Controls include Echo Level, Feedback, and Delay Time. The Echo Level knob sets the balance between the dry guitar signal and the delayed repeats. Feedback determines the number of echoes, ranging from a single repeat to near self-oscillation for more experimental sounds. The Delay Time control adjusts the length of the delay, allowing players to dial in everything from tight slapback effects to longer, atmospheric analog echoes. With its vintage MN3205 chipset and Made in Japan craftsmanship, the Tokai TDL-1 offers the warm, slightly dark repeats and natural decay that define classic analog delay. Highly appealing for collectors and players alike, it remains a distinctive pedal for those seeking authentic vintage delay tones.
