The warranty card from when it was purchased new that comes with it states that it was purchased in 1988.Overall, it remains in beautiful condition and is easy to play.It has been refretted and the fingerboard repaired, which is evident when you see it. Some of the frets appear to be floating a bit, but no problems are evident; the sixth string is generally in good condition, although there is a slight string touching the frets if the string height is set too low.The bridge saddle has been replaced.
