Seller's description

The Taylor Gold Label 814e Koa introduces the innovative Super Auditorium body shape, an evolution of Taylor's renowned Grand Auditorium. This slightly larger design enhances low-end warmth and overall power while maintaining the clarity and balance Taylor is known for. Crafted with Hawaiian koa back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top, this guitar delivers a rich, complex tonal palette with exceptional sustain and dynamic range. The torrefaction process imparts a played-in character, offering vintage warmth from day one. Inside, the fanned V-Class bracing enhances volume, sustain, and pitch accuracy, providing a harmonious and expressive playing experience. The new long-tenon neck joint improves resonance and allows precise adjustability for optimal playability. Visually, the Gold Label 814e Koa stands out with Continental inlays, a refined pickguard design, grained ivoroid trim, and antique chrome Gotoh 510 tuners with ebony buttons. The gloss-finished body exudes elegance, making it as visually captivating as it is sonically impressive.
