Seller's description

The brand new Taylor 514ce blends classic Grand Auditorium versatility with a warm, responsive voice that feels immediately inviting in the hands. Featuring a Western Red Cedar top paired with neo-tropical mahogany back and sides, this model leans slightly warmer and more mid-focused than the typical spruce-topped Taylor, making it a fantastic choice for fingerstyle players, singer-songwriters, and anyone who values touch sensitivity and dynamic nuance. The scalloped V-Class bracing enhances sustain and note separation while keeping the overall response smooth and balanced across the fretboard. Whether played acoustically in a quiet room or amplified on stage, the 514ce delivers a refined, articulate character that sits beautifully in a mix while still offering the comfort and playability Taylor is known for.
