This Casino, part of Epiphone’s high-end “Elitist” series made in Japan, faithfully reproduces the 1965 specification. The rich tone unique to the traditional full-hollow body construction, combined with the classic pairing of a maple body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard, creates the Casino’s signature light, open sound. The body features a 1965-spec 16th-fret joint and a full-hollow construction without a center block. This design delivers a light playing feel, an airy resonance, and a crisp attack. The P-90-style pickups also offer a major appeal with their sparkling highs and substantial mids. You can enjoy a transparent sound when played clean and a raw, expressive tone when driven.
