Eric Clapton's Signature Model! Manufactured in 1991, this Eric Clapton signature model features the Race Sensor, which remains highly popular today. Based on “BLACKIE”—the guitar he cherished as his main instrument for many years—this model features pickups that deliver low noise without sacrificing the high-end clarity characteristic of single-coil pickups, making it easy to express subtle nuances. It features a distinctive V-shaped neck with 22 frets that protrude slightly. Equipped with a mid-control that boosts the midrange by 25 dB, it allows you to adjust the gain up or down right at your fingertips during solo sections. Overall, there are scratches and dents; paint peeling on the neck side; a crack in the back panel; and tarnish and rust on the metal parts. The frets have been filed down and have about 7/10 of their original height remaining; the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable. The hard case shows signs of wear, such as dirt and other marks.
