This 2018 Paul Reed Smith (PRS) SE Custom 24 features a striking zebrawood top. The SE Series Custom 24 is based on the flagship Paul Reed Smith (PRS) Custom 24.It features a zebrawood veneer/maple top, a mahogany back, a Wide Thin-shaped maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard with bird inlays, 85/15 “S” pickups with Tone-Pull coil tapping, and a PRS tremolo (molded). Renowned for its excellent playability and a sound that blends classic and modern elements, the SE Custom 24 is a versatile instrument that boasts a wide range of tonal variations. Signs of use are visible (including minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, playing marks, picking marks, and cosmetic damage such as tarnish, pitting, or rust on metal parts and screws). Two of the zipper pulls are broken. It was set up upon arrival (fret leveling, nut slot correction, cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). The fret tops are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
