Seller's description

A Jaguar from the dot-position-mark era, in the '66 style. This is the Fender Japan Jaguar JG66-85, manufactured from 1999 to 2002. It features an offset alder body (3-piece), a maple neck, a short-scale rosewood fingerboard, a floating tremolo, preset Volume/Tone controls, and ON/OFF and low-cut switches for each pickup. With its striking looks and distinctive sound, this Jaguar commands attention; it’s a model beloved by many for its range from clear tones to thunderous fuzz sounds and more. The bridge has been replaced with a Mustang-style bridge, and the guitar shows signs of use (including scratches around the body, scuffs and playing marks, extensive picking marks, buckle marks, and cosmetic damage such as tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws). It was fully set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret leveling, and wiring repair). The frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions; operation has been confirmed up to ±60° (currently set slightly tight). Condition Grade: B+: Some minor scratches, but no issues with normal use Serial Number: P008149 Year of Manufacture: 1999–2002 Country of Manufacture: Japan Case: Soft case Accessories: Arm Weight: 3.75 kg Truss Rod: Note: Tested up to 60 degrees to the left and right with no issues (some play remaining) Fret Wear: Within normal range; fret height is sufficient for playing Nut width: 41.6 mm Neck thickness near the 1st fret: 20.3 mm Neck thickness near the 12th fret: 23.7 mm Scale: 610 mm (24") Radius: 184 mm (7.25") Repairs and Maintenance: Cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment, fret leveling, wiring repair * As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, or other imperfections that are not clearly visible in the photos or not listed here.
