A Classic Player Jazzmaster Special made by Fender Mexico. This guitar was manufactured in 2014. Although the original color was black, this particular guitar has been refinished in a surf green shade. Unlike a standard Jazzmaster, it features Special Design Hot Jazzmaster pickups with increased output, an Adjusto-Matic bridge, and a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard with medium-jumbo frets. The neck pocket also has a custom shape, resulting in a model based on a vintage-style Jazzmaster but designed with modern playability in mind. The Adjusto-Matic bridge helps prevent strings from dropping off the bridge, making it well-suited for playing styles that involve frequent strumming. While retaining classic Jazzmaster playability—such as the screw-mounted tremolo arm—this model is easy to handle across a wide range of styles, including rock. The volume and tone knobs, as well as the tremolo arm, are aftermarket parts. There is slight paint fading on the body. There is a paint crack at the edge of the body top caused by an impact. There are some minor scuffs and dents, but no particularly noticeable damage. There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
