We've received a JB62-WAL from the Fender Japan era. This highly popular model features a visually stunning ash body finished in walnut. The dark brown color-matched headstock, gunmetal hardware, and black plastic parts give it a bold, rugged look, offering a charm that’s a cut above the standard Jazz Bass. The bridge, joint plate, and control plate have been replaced. The instrument has numerous scratches, dents, and areas of peeling paint overall, and the strap pin holes have been filled. The frets have been filed down, leaving about 5–6 minutes of life remaining; the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
