From the listing
The ST62-77LS has arrived! Based on the '62-spec model with an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, this was a high-end model from that era equipped with Race Sensor Gold pickups. Controls include 1 Volume, 1 Tone, and an active mid-boost. You can adjust the tone from backing tracks to solos right at your fingertips. The serial number on the neck is a “G” serial, indicating it was manufactured between 1987 and 1988. Since the ST62-77LS wasn’t listed in the catalog until 1990, it’s possible that the neck and body were taken from different instruments (we confirmed an “ST62-77LS” stamp in the neck pocket and an “ST62” stamp on the neck. The year stamp on the neck itself had faded.). While we cannot state this with absolute certainty, based on the above, we have added “MOD” to the product name. There are numerous paint cracks and peeling on the neck joint, as well as on the top and back of the body. Fine scratches and dents are scattered throughout the instrument, and the hardware shows some tarnish. Although it shows some signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is good. Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches present, but no issues for normal use Serial Number: MIJ G019443 Country of Manufacture: Japan Case: Non-original soft case Accessories: Tonearm Weight: 3.67 kg Truss Rod: No issues; rod movement confirmed up to 60 degrees left and right with no problems Remaining Fret Life: Within normal range; fret height is sufficient for playing String Height (Low String Side): 2.0 mm at the 12th fret String action (treble side): 1.5 mm at the 12th fret Nut width: 42.7 mm Neck thickness near the 1st fret: 21.7 mm Neck thickness near the 12th fret: 24.4 mm Scale: 648 mm (25.5") RADIUS: 184 mm (7.25") Strings at Setup: D'Addario EXL120 / .009-.042 set Repairs and Maintenance Performed: Cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment, and leveling * As this is a use
